By accessing or using the Skutrue Email CRM platform ("Service") operated by Skutrue ("we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Skutrue provides a customer relationship management (CRM) platform with email outreach capabilities. The Service allows you to manage business contacts, send email campaigns, track communications, and connect third-party email accounts for sending and syncing purposes.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

When using our Service, you agree to:

• Comply with all applicable laws, including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and other anti-spam and data protection regulations.
• Only send emails to recipients who have a legitimate business relationship with you or who have consented to receive communications.
• Not use the Service to send unsolicited bulk email (spam).
• Not use the Service for any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.
• Not attempt to interfere with, compromise, or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
• Honor all unsubscribe requests promptly and maintain accurate opt-out records.

5. Gmail Integration

By connecting your Gmail account to our Service, you authorize us to send emails on your behalf and sync email communications as described in our Privacy Policy. You can revoke this access at any time through your Google Account settings. Our use of Gmail data complies with Google's API Services User Data Policy.

6. Email Sending Limits

The Service enforces sending limits to protect email deliverability and comply with email provider policies. These limits include daily sending caps, warmup schedules for new inboxes, and hourly rate limits. You agree not to attempt to circumvent these limits.

7. Data Ownership

• You retain ownership of all data you upload or create within the Service, including contacts, templates, and campaign content.
• We do not claim ownership of your data and will not use it for purposes other than providing the Service.
• You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use and store the contact data you upload.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience downtime. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of planned maintenance in advance.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Skutrue shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms, including but not limited to sending spam or engaging in abusive email practices. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days unless otherwise required by law.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
